- Payment Terms – Payment is due in full at time of registration.
- Attendee Substitution – An attendee may substitute a colleague in her/his place at any time prior to the program without penalty. No substitutions can be made once the program begins.
- Cancellation Policy – If Winovia LLC receives a cancellation at least 30 days prior to the program, Winovia will refund the registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the program. Travel and other expenses incurred cannot be reimbursed.
- Travel Expenses – All travel and hotel expenses are the responsibility of attendees. Please confirm course availability and registration for course before making any travel arrangements. Winovia is not liable for any hotel, airline, or travel cancellation fees if course availability and registration confirmation is not confirmed prior to making travel reservations or arrangements.
- Dietary restrictions – If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us at least 10 days before the course and we will work with our food vendor to meet your dietary needs. However, final judgement on whether or not to question ingredients or eat food is the attendee’s sole responsibility.
